 This product is used in colorimetric analysis, the depth of color material solution color depends on the incident light intensity, the concentration of colored substances in solution, and liquid layer thickness. Solution when a bunch of monochromatic light, the incident light intensity and, the greater the concentration, the thicker the liquid layer, the solution absorbs more light, the relationship between them, in line with the quantitative law of light absorption material, namely, Lambert-Bear law. This is the spectrophotometric method for quantitative analysis of the theoretical basis for the material. 

 Usage: 
 721 Spectrophotometer in the wavelength range 360 ??~ 800nm, the dispersion component for the triangular prism. 
 1. Inspection equipment starting position of the controls is correct, turn the power switch, open the sample chamber black-box lid, so that the meter pointer is "0" bit, warm 20min, and then select the required wavelength of monochromatic light used and the corresponding amplification of the sensitivity profile, with the tune "0" potentiometer to adjust the meter for the T = 0%. 
 2. Close the sample compartment lid by the photocell light, to promote the sample holder handle, so that pool of reference solution (a solution into the 4 / 5 height, set the first frame) in a light way, adjust the 100% transmission ratio regulator the meter pointer refers to T = 100%. 
 3. Repeat open the sample compartment lid, transfer 0,, covered with the sample compartment lid, and adjust the transmission ratio was 100% operation to the instrument stability. 
 4. Close the sample compartment lid, push handle the sample holder, placed in the sample solution pool of light on the road, read the absorbance values. Open immediately after reading the sample compartment lid.
