 【Uses】 for the detection of swine serum / plasma / whole blood samples of porcine pseudorabies virus (Pseudorabies, PR) antibodies.

 【Test Method】 
 1. With a 1.5ml sample tube, blood serum to be 0.5 ~ 1ml of natural precipitation or centrifugation using a centrifuge for about 10 minutes in serum precipitation. 
 2. Will detect the card flat on a table, drawing with a suction tube to be tested serum samples, testing the card in the oval hole of 2 drops of sample of about 80 ~ 100ul. At room temperature for 20 minutes to determine the results. (Test card, such as at 4 ℃, must return to room temperature before testing) 

 【Results】 determined 
 Positive: the control line region (C) and test line region (T) the emergence of a purple line. Test line (T), the deeper the color, indicating that higher CSF antibody titers. 
 Negative: Only the control line region (C) appears a purple line. 
 Invalid: purple line or does not appear only in the detection zone (T) appear purple line, the control line region (C) does not appear purple line. 

 【Reference】 diagnostic samples were seized after 15 minutes of sample and control card ribbon titer reference comparison. 1. When samples in test line (T) ≥ color bands in the control card, 1:40 titer, indicating the detection of porcine pseudorabies virus samples higher antibody titers, the need for swine pseudorabies temporarily vaccine immunization. 2. When samples in test line (T) band of color <1:32 titer of the control card, indicating the test sample antibody titer of porcine pseudorabies virus is not virulent against pig pseudorabies virus titer against the minimum protection for the conduct of swine pseudo rabies vaccination time. 3, when the samples in test line (T) at no ribbon, suggesting that the pigs were not detected in samples of pseudo-rabies antibodies.
