 【Usage】 The test card is immune colloidal gold immunochromatography principle and technology made rapid detection of porcine blood or serum of pigs foot and mouth disease antibodies. Detection time is only 3-15 minutes, is simple, rapid, accurate, intuitive, sensitive and easy to determine. When foot-mouth disease antibody titer can resist the virulent attacks in the detection zone and control zone of the formation of a color line, is seen as positive, antibody titers higher test line darker; when the foot-antibody titers reach the virulent attacks against foot and mouth disease antibody titers, only in the control zone to form a color line, are considered negative. The card comes with a "gold standard test paper is compared with the reference to indirect hemagglutination test physical map", the test line color intensity control with reference chart, the sample can be roughly estimated that the level of antibody titers. 

 】 【Steps 
 1. Open the bags, remove the test card flat on the table and make a mark; 
 2. Detection of the card in the hole by adding 2-3 drops of sample blood or serum samples to be seized; 
 3. In 3-15 minutes to observe and record the results, the results of more than 15 minutes only as a reference. 

 【Results】 determined 
 Negative: only in the control area (C) appears a purple line. 
 Positive: in the detection zone (T) and control area (C) the emergence of a purple line. Test line darker, indicating that the higher antibody titers foot and mouth disease. 
 Weak positive: in the detection zone (T) and control area (C) the emergence of a purple line, but the color is very light test line. 
 Invalid: no purple line appears only in the detection area or (T) appear purple line, the control area (C) does not appear purple line. 


 Reference】 【Results 
 1. Results show strong positive antibody titers foot-high, foot and mouth disease vaccine without being immunized. 
 2. Weak positive results suggest that foot-mouth disease antibody titer reached only virulent attacks against the minimum level of protection, when foot and mouth disease vaccine should be timely. 
 3. Negative results indicate that the body no foot-antibody or antibody against foot and mouth disease virulent than the minimum level of protection against, if the animal population health, foot and mouth disease vaccine should be timely. If the animal groups, there have been individual animals suspected foot and mouth disease, the diagnosis of swine foot and mouth disease may be as a reference. 

 【Note】 
 1. Please operate in strict accordance with specification requirements and result determination. 
 2. Testing samples of blood or serum can be pigs. 
 3. Remove the test card from the foil bag as soon as possible after use, try to avoid prolonged placed in the air, or absorb moisture will be invalid. 
 4. Test environment should maintain a certain humidity, shelter from the wind and avoid high temperatures in the operation. 
 5. Test card stored at room temperature, as in 2-8 ℃ cold storage, to be used to room temperature before opening the package for testing operations.
