 【Uses】 for the detection of swine serum / plasma / whole blood samples of porcine circovirus (Pseudorabies, PR) antibodies.

 【Test Method】 
 1. In testing the card by adding 2 drops of sample wells (100ul) to be tested serum or blood samples.

 Invalid: purple line or does not appear only in the detection zone (T) appear purple 
 Color line, the control line region (C) does not appear purple line. 

 【Reference】 diagnosis 
 1. If the pigs are not vaccinated with PCV vaccine: 
 a) When samples in test line (T) at no ribbon, suggesting that the samples were not detected porcine circovirus antibodies. If the herd health, should be promptly PCV vaccination. 
 b) When samples in test line (T) occurs at significantly ribbon, the pig has the potential to wild virus infection, further observation and validation. 
 2. If the pigs had been vaccinated with PCV vaccine: 
 c) When samples in test line (T) ≥ color bands in the control card titer of 1:40, the description of porcine circovirus antibody titers higher against the virulent attacks have reached the level of protection. 
 d) When the sample matrix test line (T) band of color <1:40 titer of the control card, the description of porcine circovirus antibody titers against porcine circovirus not meet the high minimum protective titer of virus attacks, recommended vaccines replant.
