Rapid detection of canine distemper gold standard test strip (CDV-Ag)

 】 【Sample collection and preparation 
 1, a cotton swab moistened with saline to collect the dog eye and conjunctival secretions, nasal fluid, saliva;

 1, the recovery strips at room temperature;

 【Results】 determined 
 Positive (+): When the red line shows the location C, while the position of T also showed a red line, the sentence is positive. 
 Negative (-): When the red line shows the location C, while the position of T is not the color, the sentence is negative. 
 Invalid: if the position does not show the red line C, T, regardless of location or the red line shows the kit to be invalid.

 【Introduce】

Infected dogs shed the virus through bodily secretions and excretions, especially respiratory secretions. Young puppies between 3 and 6 months old are most susceptible to infection and disease and are more likely to die than infected adults.

 The test card is based on immunochromatography of double-antibody sandwich. Testing sample is the eye and conjunctival secretions, nasal fluid.

 【Procedure】 
 1. Recover the dipstick to room temperature. Remove as many of the test devices from the foil pouches as needed for testing.
