Detection principle: 
 When the sample solution, after dropping the sample hole, the sample solution of melamine combined with the gold standard antibody, and then closed on the gold standard of melamine antigen antibody binding sites, to prevent gold labeled antibody conjugates with cellulose membrane with melamine to make it the color is weak, not even color; the other hand, if the sample solution is not melamine, you can not stop the gold standard cellulose membrane antibodies and conjugates with melamine, which color is strong. 
 Interpretation in areas of central strip card sprayed with 2 lines, one above the control lines (C lines), following a line for the test (T line). If the sample solution is less than the concentration of melamine detected in the line, the T line color intensity than the C line, or similar color with the C line; if the concentration of melamine in samples of liquid greater than the test line, then the T line than the color C line or not light a lot of color.

 Sample Preparation: 
 Take a certain amount of liquid milk (100μl) for 4 times with reagent A diluted for inspection. 
 Steps: 
 1, remove the test strip card required, the extra strip cards stored in a dry dark place; 
 2, taken with a pipette sample solution 80μl (or use the dropper to take 3 to 4 drops) drops the sample hole; 
 3,5-10 minutes of observation; 
 Determine and sketch the results: (see table below)
